We send a SoundADvice article to all your customers and prospects on a weekly basis, compliments of YOU! Each article entails a thought-provoking marketing tip from you as an account executive, complete with your photo and radio station information.
The edition your prospects and clients receive is not, however, the full version of the article. Your prospects or clients must click through for more information to get the full story on the marketing tip provided every week.
This is the most valuable part of having us send SoundADvice to your clients and prospects on your behalf. Each SoundADvice article has a click-through opportunity for advertisers to request more information about the topic discussed that week. Once a subscriber has clicked through for more information, they will automatically receive the Field Guide.
The media rep is notified via email when a subscriber clicks for more information (The Field Guide) which provides a prime opportunity to reach out and start a conversation regarding that topic.
Your account executives are pre-armed with useful Field Guides on each topic to help them advise advertisers on how to maximize their return on their advertising investment.
Part 3 is for internal use only. Subscribers/business owners will never see this. Part 3 is the same as the Field Guide (Part 2) except it includes training notes shown in red ink. You receive this part the week prior to each edition of SoundADvice being released. It provides managers with a short training segment on each SoundADvice topic. You can cover the "station spin" of each SoundADvice topic in a 5 to 10-minute segment of your regular sales meeting.
In addition, it provides helpful notes on how media reps can best communicate with their clients/prospects in regards to this topic.
With each weekly edition, you also receive an On-Air Radio Script for you to produce and air. This 60-second promo is one of the most powerful ways to brand your stations as marketing professionals. We recommend that the GM or SM voice these promos.
